There are some others listed in this article: 3. DSP devices for active speakers – Audiodevelopers Reborn. One series that isn't mentioned in that article is the Qualcomm DDFA devices (nee Diodes, nee CSR, nee Zetec). Pulsus of Korea also had some interesting class D amps with embedded DSP, but I don't know whether they are still around. I've seen some other vendors with similar products for LCD TV's in the 5W-20W range but I can't remember them right now.
