Linn 'Basik'

Hi Folks.

Can anyone tell me if the cheap non suspension Linn 'Basik' deck (Not the 'Sondek' Basik)...Has an alloy sub platter or nylon please?

Plastic...

Apologies for the delayed reply, but I was able to inspect a Basik last night. The inner platter is of black plastic, moulded. The pulley is also from a similar material.
