Linear Power Supply for SOtM tX-USB

Hello

I have a SOtM tX-USB PCI USB Card SOtM and i'm thinking to power it with a KingRex PSU (12V DC Linear Power Supply)KingRex Power Supply Unit.

I take my multimeter and check the output voltage of the Kingrex PSU and reads 13 Volts.

The SOTM TX-USB specs says

Power input
Input voltage: +12.0 V (+0.5 V,-0.5V)
Input current: 2A max on / off
4pin IDE power connector

Do you think it's safe to power the card with the Kingrex PSU.
