I think it's too late for modeling stage but I usually model line array woofers in Tolvan Edge. Helps ball-parking summation with high frequency loss and diffraction.
As previously mentioned, knowing exact response of the array and it's elements is the way to go. I would recommend RTA software instead of Omnimic. OmniMic has a microphone included, while other programs do not. Behringer ECM800 or Dayton version of measurement mic can be had fairly cheaply. Phantom power and a suitable sound card will also be needed.
If one desires Impulse capture, ARTA will do all of it and more. ARTA also has LIMP which will do TS and it may be helpful to look in to array impedance.
