Line Doublers and 5-7 in LCD Screens

I was wondering... the lcd am am going to buy http://www.k-bridge.com.tw/monitor/lnlvedo0008.htm (this site has been down a few time) is 1440 x 234. I am going to do a setup like zarks, and am wondering if any specific line doubler would be good for this screen.

Good news, i got a reply from the manufacturer, the cost of that panel is $170 fob (shipping included). I'm not sure if that is a good price, but the resolution is good, and its 16:9.

$179! Don't get it whatever you do. The horizontal resolution on that thing is a joke. You could buy a regular native 640x480 3:4 panel, crop off the top and bottom to make it 16:9, and you'd still have a much better resolution.
