Bit of a late reply but if it's no longer useful to boris333 maybe it will be useful to someone else.
I can't be sure about being in focus throughout although it looks like it should be ok. Without a diamater or f/ I'm not sure it's possible to be 100%. That being said my optics knowledge is a bit lacking in this area.
I think you might be being a bit optomistic with a 120" screen from a lilliput although it's more than possible, however the pixels may become quite noticeable at this magnification!
I'm assuming a 7" lilliput as ypur post didn't give an exact size, the magnification is therefore 120 / 7 = 17.
As for distance I calculated between 5m and 5.9m at the extreme ends of the varifocal, I'd suggest sitting it in the middle to minimise abberations.
