Lii Audio F15

Hi I have just received my f15 drivers from Lii audio. The rubber surrounds are covering the mounting holes they say to just drill through the rubber. Has anyone done this the hole is almost a centimetre away from where it should be on 6 of the holes

Hi Freo,

Can I ask how long you waited for the 15's to be sent? I've had an order with them for over 1 month now, without contact, tracking or answering emails, etc... Glad you got yours, but concerned I'll never see my pair.... (Located in Australia)

Same here in Europe.

To me, long lead times are no problem, they are a small company and I understand that it may take a while. However, the distribution in Europe is done by Lyric Audio from Spain, and they are a real pain. I often have the feeling that I am robbed, because they just don’t answer e-mails, phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Once they finally answer a question after a few weeks of awaiting a reply they just tell in a mix of Spanish and English that they don’t understand the question whereafter they never reply again on new questions. This leaves you waiting with the feeling being robbed from your money. This is after placing an order (of €1300,-) or when you have a driver with a non-conformity.

I really like the Lii Audio drivers and I think they are a great little company, but the distribution in Europe by Lyric Audio is the worst I have seen in both my private and professional life (working as worldwide trader of technical equipment).

I wish people in Europe could just order the drivers from Lii Audio directly, so we don’t have to deal with these disrespectful “people” from Lyric Audio.

Regards,

Koos

I am considering the purchace of this drivers also, I am in Croatia...maybe we should send an email to Lii Audio regarding this unprofessional relation from Lyric Audio.
Something should be done for sure....

That’s what I already did. They said something like that it was something between me and Lyric and that I should communicate with Lyric about it, because Lii was not involved. But that’s exactly where it goes wrong, Lyric doesn’t communicate. At least, not as civilized human beings. I still cannot believe how people can act like that and treat people/customers like trash.

I could understand if Lii won’t take part in the discussion if it was just about shipping issues, but in this specific case it was a non-conformity of one of the drivers as well, which is their responsibility in my opinion.

I have sent the broken driver back to Lyric some 6 weeks ago, and still waiting for a new driver to arrive. If it wil ever arrive.
