1, enough light :250W,300W,400W,575W high voltage Metal Halide Lamp, but not 24v,36,Halide lamp, almost all OHPs need to change Lamp.
2,dot Light source, the Light source must like a small, round bead.it's diameternot not more than 2CM. maybe it has a glass cap, if the glass cap like a cannulation, ok ,but if the glass cap like a ball, dont use it ,
3,viewfinder:like half ball, lnes😱ne face protruding one face concave
ywh,
where did you find that double ended lamp? Looks exactly like the lamp in my sharp lcd projector. What is it's rating? 250W-275W? How much did it cost?
thanks,
ap0the0sis

check out this diagram- http://www.hpk.co.jp/Eng/products/etd/metahae/metahae.htm
i think it shows pretty well that there must be a condensing component built right into the bulb glass, did u mean that when you were referring to the viewfinder lens in your answer yhw? to use a small lens to condense the emitted light?
http://www.hpk.co.jp/Eng/products/etd/pdf/L5431_TLSO1011E03.pdf - this is the bulb for a projector- it does really resemble yours! i need to find out how to get a hhold of one of these. if it comes down to it, i'll have to send money to china so you can get me one.
