Lexan Thermoclear Better than Lexan XL10

I read the Lexan XL10 technical data sheet and XL10 does not block IR. But the Lexan Thermoclear blocks some IR and does not turn yellow due to its protective coating. So here is my question:-

Lexan XL10 = UV blocking + does not turn yellow = 88% light transmission

Lexan Thermoclear (LTC 4/2RS800) = UV blocking + does not turn yellow + some IR Protection :smash: = 83% light transmission

1) Thus is Lexan Thermoclear (LTC 4/2RS800) better than Lexan XL10 since it also doubles as a IR filter?

2) I have an ELMO 7300 lumen ohp, i tried two evercool fans, office fans etc. My LCD is at 97 degrees with a office fan at full speed and it makes a lot of sound, will a Lexan thermoclear do any good to lower the heat?

Pic shows the spectrum analysis of Lexan Thermoclear from its manual:-

Sorry, thermoclear is a multi wall sheet

i am embarrassed to death. On reading the manual more carefully, I realized that it is a multi wall sheet with small square compartments. And will cause a lot of diffraction. Sorry folks.
