Hello, so my friend connected 14.4v battery to lepai lp-2020a on few seconds and after that when you connect 12v there is no sound but blue leds working.. So then friend told me that maybe Chip is damaged and then i change it with working one but still its same.. Plus before when you turn on lepai after 2-3 seconds you could hear "Click" sound and then you can listen to music but after 14.4v battery there is no "Click" sound when you turn it on.. So can you know what component is damaged if there is no "Click" sound? Thanks

Update: It semse that at pin 10 there is not enough volts.. its need to be 2.5v like on pin 13 but its 0.6v.. Can someone know in what can be problem?

Check if there is 5V on pins 2 and 8
Is there a capacitor between the Tripath and the input op-amp?
