this is my first posting here.
I have a Lepai LP-2020 with a Tripath TA2020-020 and only ONE 4558 inside.
So I want to increase the input gain. I don't want to use a preamp. I have found a hand drawn schematic from a member here. Should I change the 22 K Resistor round the 4558? If yes which value?
The RF between pin 9 and 10 of the TA2020-020 I have already increased to 47 K, but it is still too less gain.
