If this has been addressed before I am sorry. With everything on this forum in one huge lump it's hard to actually find info some times.
I'm going to be doing a setup much like the following;
My question is... What lens should I use? Seems that all I hear is Delta IV... but now I see a post about the edges being messed up when used with flat LCD's?
Which lens will work for me? and more over, WHERE to get it? 🙂 I can't find a source for Delta IV anywhere, if even that lens will work for me..
Data:
5.6" LCD
Ripping it apart.. Only 152 solder connections I need to make to connect the ribbon cables.. This one has like 9 of them spread through 3 sides.. eesh... but I had it laying around as a spare (along with another, but not using it) so I figured I'd give this project a shot.
Most likely a dual light setup like in the picture. Gonna try and get the most light I can, without causing so much heat it cooks.
Lens will be mounted very close, if not dang near right up against the LCD pan. If lens size is a problem, can I move the lens forward to allow all the screen to be displayed through it and just correct the focus?
Thanks for the help, eh..
