From Surplus shed L3250 B&L copy lens 9.5 inch Focal length F4.5 63mm front and back clear lens diameter ($11.00 U.S. dollars) . Fairly much the same as the fujinon copy lens not sure about the lens coating (if it's the same). They do not list this lens (don't know why) in their catalogue nor are there any pics. If you go to this thread http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=42082, I've posted two pics of the lens.

hi,
you still can try it
take a white paper and draw a rectange on it approximately same size with lilliput LCD.
put it on the wall in room and try to project your window's image on it using your objective. it image covers all paper, it means your objective will cover whole LCD. the image on the paper.. it will tell you the size of your projected image. if you see a 2 meters wide window on paper, you'll get 2 meter projected image...
it's simple but working method.

Hey, stop reading my mind. 😀 Yeah, I was going to give it a test run doing just that with some rig up to simulate the projector. I still don't have a bulb but I'll work something out. I'll tell ya the results ASAP.
If you go back to that link I gave you above, I posted some pics of the lens in action with my makeshift setup.

If you want a general tool for calculating image sizes for various size panels with a lens, you can download the "light engine tool" for free from www.diybuildergroup.com. It is on the left side of the page. (You do need excel to run it.)
Then the only question is if the lens will have a wide enough "acceptance" to get the whole panel image into it. But that should not be a problem with a 7" LCD.
