lectrotech model tt -250

Hi all,
I recently acquired a lectrotech model tt-250, in circuit transistor tester. Would anyone out there know anything about this tester or have a manual for it . I searched the web but haven't been able to find anything. Thanks for all considerations!

How will it test a semiconductor in circuit with a base - emitter resistor across it or a diode reverse bias from collector to emitter I wonder?

They are more functional testers than parameter measurers. They are useful when you have a PCB with a dozen transistors and need to find the bad one. it applies a voltage from E-C and bumps the base to look for a reaction.
