Somebody, if I can remember djk mentioned that adding regulated power supply for the voltage gain stages of Leach amp would make improvement in sound.
Further investigation showed that McIntosh and Electrocompaniet are doing something like that...
Has anyone done that on Leach amp?

A quite common techniqe.
Make a regulated supply with the same Voltage as for the output stage, or make the voltages 3-5V higher to compensate for the Vbe drop in the output stage.

I would use a smaller transformer for the boosted voltage, rather than a doubler.
