Does anyone know anything about how to hook these up instead of a projection panel. Notice the contrast ratio 800:1

Have you looked at the PDF datasheet? Looks pretty expensive, and definitely requiring a solid electronics background. IMHO that makes it pretty impractical for most people, maybe not for you though? Only you can judge that 😱

You'll pay more for one of those than an OEM projector. It's not practical by any form of the imagination.

PolySilicon LCDs.

How this is different that those three LCDs in the projectors? You need to write a controller and then rest of the fun we all know. This is reflective so not tansmissive.
