sorry

Hi Dirkje,

I 'm sorry to say but I think it is almost impossible to get a lcd in Europe. I 've looked for myself and I found out that the best way is to get one via Ebay and let it ship from the states to your country.

Good luck

what i thought...

🙁

you maybe know what the prices they charge for shipping (more or less) ?

i got a local dealer here who can order them, but at a price of 200€ for a 5.6" panel(960*240) and that's more than i want to spend. They also got this panel: www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&PartNumber=205-050&DID=7 at the same price but then, the resolution is not the disired level

anyway, tnx for the reply!!

I didn 't read your thread good because I thought you was searching for a OHP panel. 😱

I 'm not quite sure about normal lcd 's but I can tell you that they are cheaper in the states. The shippingcosts won't be much because the package will be very small and light. I guess something like 5-15 euro 's max. (this is the price if it is sended via usps or something like that and not UPS)

hi there,

i'm gonna speak english, as there might be some interrest in this tread outside this small country..

now, we got some vellemandealers here in the city also, but the panel you were talking about was ALOT(!!!) of monet. 280€ is way to much for a DIY-projection. I wanted to go not much higher than 200€. Now i found in another tread a very interisting link for small panel with high resolution.. http://www.softwareandstuff.com/h_mon_unisys105lcd.html
I might just go for this one. This would actualy work just fine i suppose. Btw: i'm bewared about the pixel-misunderstanding. They call it Delta-configuration, but not much info about how it's workin'
