Hi

I am struggling like any thing to get a right LCD panel in India, for my DIY projector, can any one suggest me best way?? I would like to talk to some one who succeded in this and get more information,

Maybe post up a couple of panels you have access to, people might have a little DIY knowledge on them or their similars.

I dont have any Panel, I am in search of it, I am scared of ordering on-line as , I may not be able to go back to thme on maintainance.,

I request any one can suggest me best dealor, whom I can trust on quality/Price

same problem here in chennai....

I am in an neverending search for good and of course in a reasonable rate lcd panle (3KRs. wud be better).

I already constructed using plastic fresnel lens and samsung 15" CRT monitor. The results are somewhat good ( but not to my expectations ).

no idea of importing..

the customs duty at airport is very very high, with that money I can buy even a real LCD projector.

searching for laptop screens in my locale... i wud get it in some couple of weeks...
