LCD Monitor To Be Used As A TV

I want to use my 15" LCD monitor (NEC 1560NX) as a TV. It won't be with a computer, just by itself. I found this...

but don't want to spend money. Anyone know a schematic or anyway to get this to work relativily easily? My monitor just has the common VGA 15 pin D connector and a DVI-D input. I have satellite TV using 3Ghz RG-6 coax. Thanks

i had that model DONT buy it its rubbish. the quality is low and the ntsc has nasty borders!!
