I'm writing some technical documentation and now I would really like a font for word that looks like the text on a (5*7 dot) LCD display. (I'm using a LCD with 2 lines of each 16 characters.)
Any hints?

One of the MIT X11 fonts would do this - but I have not idea how you would set about turning it into a format Word can use.
