Is there any information on building a simple graphic eq circuit with a lcd screen or some other visual device that anyone knows of?
I think this is a non-trivial task, I'm afraid 🙁
Unless anyone knows of a ready-made project, you'll need to source a suitable IC that control the audio EQ - this will probably require a microprocessor-based circuit to control it using I2C or SPI. Then, you'd need to interface to a graphic LCD or VFD and write a user-interface...
I'd be willing to offer help with the latter if you decide to use a PIC processor.
