Latest restomod tips for Threshold 400a Cascode ?

I bought a used 400a Cascode ten or more years ago and it's served faithfully, played daily (when I'm at home). It's still going strong, but I have a new (to me) amp to take it's place for a while. I want to have it restomod'ed and was wondering what the latest recommendations are.

I'm not qualified to do it myself, but a friend is a great amp tech. I promised to find him a list of things to check/replace. My searches didn't turn up anything that isn't years old.

What are the latest recommendations? I love this amp and want to give her everything she deserves.:note:

replace all electrolytics

check temperature of outputs - you'll need temp. probe for that; if there is more than 10C difference between (any) transistor case and heatsink right beside , you need to dismount all of them , clean old grease, put new one and mount all back

it's best doing that one by one , to prevent mix-up 😉

you'll find some papers here : Nelson Pass related | Zen Mod Blog

I'm sure somebody will chime in with more ideas ......... I remember there is one Treshold amp with possibility to convert from AB to deep(er) A class , but forgot which one exactly
