laney lc30 mark 2 faulty reverb

Hi all
I have a Laney lc30 and when I got it the reverb was faulty. I metered the tank and the output was open circuit. I have just put a new one in and it still doesn't work. Any ideas thanks

Cut the gordian knot
1. Is there any signal at the reverb pot In and out?
2. Is there any output from the tank?
2. Is there anything being driven into the tank?
