L.P.to cd recording?

Soundcards and stuff is rather straight forward, but what is the current lead in ripping and indexing software? Free, if possible.. 🙂

Ripping (free) = Exact Audio Copy
Ripping (shareware) = dBpoweramp

Wave editing (free) = Audacity
Indexing + Burning software (shareware, nag screen) = Feurio! (doesn't work on Vista and above, may run in wine on Linux, don't know...yet. 😉)
Burning software (free) = ImgBurn
