Seeking help to find reliable SPICE models for these KTC5200 -KTA1943
For fun I got CoPilot and ChatGTP to make models.....both are vastly different!

Model making is a process which requires detailed knowledge of device physics and the properties of transistors to make an accurate one. Making a useful model really needs knowledge of the manufacturing tolerances and normals to represent a typical device. It is not surprising to those of us who have developed models that AI fails. It probably has inadequate data on actual measurements.
However, even manufacturers can get models wrong by representing worst case (which good designers would require) rather than typical (which designers would also require) and best case (which...).
You might make a start using keentoken's 2SC5200 and 2SA1943 models from 2012. Search in these threads for those device types. If the KTS/KTA devices are reasonable matches then that would be good, but a pro designer would not accept anything other than verified (by experiment) a model matched to actual representative devices.
Bob Cordell may also have models of 2SC5200 but I haven't checked.

Models that people don’t pay for often only address the general behavior, but totally miss the fine nuances. The other $64k question is how faithful a clone are the KEC devices to the original C5200? Maybe you have a C5200 model (from somewhere) that is at least useful. If you believe what’s in the data sheet, the KEC version is closer to the C3281 than it is to the Toshiba C5200. In that case, the other model would be closer (if accurate).
