Hi gxcabin, I changed my 620P to 470p i am sure 330p will also be fine. -3db is around 100Khz with 470p.
As soon as i have it up and running i will do tests with the oscilloscope and check wave forms. i might then leave out 100P or make it higher value.
Thanks!

Hi
I am doing temperature testing on the heatsinks i want to use.
I am currently using a bench setup with +-30V supply
No load connected , input shorted:
+-30V 1A per voltage rail
Devices = 38C
+-30V 1.5A per voltage rail
Devices = 54C heatsink = 39C
+-30V 1.6A per voltage rail
Devices = 61C heatsink = 44C
I only waited about 10 minutes between tests so heatsink will probably heat up much more.
It looks like with the heatsink size i have selected i am going to have to settle for about 1.5 or maybe slightly lower current per voltage rail. 750mA per device.
My plan is to run +-35V Dc rails ,I do realise that this will puch up the heat a bit more.
gxcabin , will the circuit work fine with +-35V rails?

hi,
1.5A @ 30V is just 24W/device.
A 250W device (mj15003/4) de-rated for temperature will easily handle this idling power and drive an 8ohm load.
Try replacing the 250W To3 with a plastic packaged 150W To247 device and your amplifier might complain.

Hi andrew
I am using the plastic devices as they are mounted directly on this pc board just as in gxcabin's pictures.
mjl21194 and mjl21193 x 2
My question is will this design work fine with +-35Vdc if i keep them around 55C with 1.4 to 1.5A bias (minus the small other loads on the board) per voltage rail.
room temp was just under 25C.

May the normal work, but is not the optimum condition.
The operating temperature is very normal in 70 degrees.😀
The ultra-large cabinet completed.
😀

You will Pinyin?😀
HI gxcnabin,
do you still have pcbs for this amp ?
The test edition did not have, perfect edition, 3 days later arrived.
So Far So Good
A Lot of Parts Missing 😀
Your radiator, is very good!!
Hi ABIN
Those heatsink are from conrad australia
with retail price @ US$ 80 each
some diyer want to use this for ksa 100
someone there sold it to me US$ 70 for TWO
with shipping @ US$ 75 to here, good price !
oh yes what is the difference between test
and perfect edition PCB
i think you must start to sell the board in
commercial sector > Swap Meat Area
try to send it by registered post in post
office, ask too how much shipment for
two or four boards to america, aussie,
europe & new zealand, india so you
can estimate the shipping cost
if you send by EMS will make a lot
of people unhappy / cancel to buy
Oh yes if CeeVee build this, i think he will finish
build it just in two hours, how are u ceevee ?
best regards, jeffry

Hi Abin
i look once again some schematic, bom jan and pinkmouse & pcb
i realise there isnt 2pcs X 22uf / 16v in your board
i give you jan & al (pink mouse) BOM (build of material)
Jan Dupont - Pavel Dudek give this 22uf on the board after a long
discussion. Even didnt look at the bom there is 2 pcs X 22uf / 16 v
on AL Boards
in ksa 100 thread i look they change this electrolyt 22uf/16 to mkp
1 uf (mundorf Mcap)
my question is
- why you remove this caps ?
- if i want to use this caps where the best place for it ?
