Does anyone has listen to both Krell KSA100 and DIY AlephX100? Which is better sounding? I wanted to built DIY amp based on schematics offered by enthusiast on this website. Which one?
Inspite of excellence of class A, I wanted the good sounding class AB.

Has anyone got a pcb for this amp?
Would like to try it sometimes, but it seems not many people build it on this forum for some strange reason?

Sorry, alephX is definitely single ended amp. What I mean is X100 (The folded cascode power amp). Is X100 (DIY version) works in class AB? The KSA100 has bias VR, so maybe it can be working in class AB and A.
That is correct, you can bias the KSA down to AB - in fact I've
tested it under those conditions and it runs just fine.
The Aleph X? No. It is terrible at Class AB. An ordinary X
amp will do it though.

No, no, Mr. Pass, I wrote down wrongly. It shouldnt be alephx, but x100 (folded cascode amp). How this diy x100 compared with krell ksa100 in AB mode?
BTW, I sure like to test and find out the circuit of as many power amp. In your prediction, how many circuits have you seen, heard (other people's design offcourse)? Anything special that you could mentioned?
