Does anyone on the board know how to set up the Krell KSA-80 protection settings dipswitch? I have tried several times to get some answers from Krell, but I get no response. I have a set of Kappa 9's that I use it with, and I will occasionally put the Krell into protection if just the right bass passage hits. I have heard there was a modification to make the amp stable with Apogee Scintillas, which can present the same sort of difficult load.
Thanks in advance for any infrmation.
Best regards,

Best regards,
I have done some research here on the board, and there seems to be some consensus that the circuit for the KSA-100 EUR is the same amplifier as my KSA-80. I have attached the schematic I found for the KSA-100 EUR. Overload protection circuit is on page 7. Im just wondering if there is more to the modification besides changing the dipswitch settings??

The OPA +/- is also mixed.., (the Krell KSA80 EUR 1989.pdf is nice and shine but consist errors not build based on that like 2k vs 200 ohm etc) I bulid that protection schematic, and not recoment to build, not so stabile,After looking at the KSA-80 schematic it looks like the protection circuit resistor values on the dip switch are indeed different. I have attached that file here as well.
