LOL! Jacco, without your translations, I am usually scratching my head as far as Ur-plodship goes.
Re: schematic Krell ksa50
Go here it has everything, http://www.delta-audio.com/Krell-Clone.htm
for the rest goto the Wiki...
JAN! Can you put a link of the Wiki on your website as well please? It iwll be helpful.

I am intersted too in building this Krell clone, but can anybody link me to the last schematic of this krell (ksa50)?

Hi,
Forgive my stupidity, but can I use your boards to build a KSA100?

Re: IIRC the KSA-50 had one, the KSA-100 had two of the same
I should have said 800VA in total and 2 400VA toroids... sorry!

pinkmouse said:Yes, you just need to add more output boards/devices. A couple of resistor values might need to be changed as well, to cope with the higher rails, IIRC, the KSA100 ran at about 47V.
I measured +/- 53vdc on my KSA-100 (Mk.II). Biased at 120watts pure class-A, clipping was also at 120 watts or so.
Just found this really useful temperature calculator on the Analog website:

Hmmm, I didnt read this mileage heavy thread all the way through, so sorry if this is answered before How do you guys intend to design the output boards? How many transistors on each? and not less important, how much space between each transistor? I think it would be a good idea, not to mount them too closely

The boards are 100mm wide, the largest I could make them in the free version of Eagle
Hi,
We're getting the ball rolling on a "Cardas Group Buy" Last year the response was good and we got some pretty good prices. The Group Buy tread can be found at: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=49013
Apparently, the manufacturer didn't want anyone posting the price online. So all prices were given directly to people in the group individually. Anyway, we started a wiki at http://www.diyaudio.com/wiki/index.php?page=3rd+Annual+Cardas+Bulk+Purchase
Hopefully, we'll be able to generate enough interest that we can all save a lot of money. By the way, does anyone know how I can put a link in a post. I'm still pretty new to this site and don't know much about how to post.
Thanks, Nick

The outputboards look great I guess two sets per channel are needed for a KSA100?The boards are 100mm wide, the largest I could make them in the free version of Eagle
