I have Koss ESP.9's that I really would like to get working again. Google knows everything but comes up a bit shy relative to repairing ESP.9's. As such I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows something Google doesn't.
The main problem is:
- The diaphragms need repair/replacement and I think the diaphragm ring needs repair as well.
- Having the "Mizewells" I mizewell replace the stiff cord (adds mechanical noise)
- At some point I may rebuild the driver unit with new components.
The budget leans more towards do it myself. As such, does anyone know of sites offering repair info for the Koss ESP.9's? Sites that cover similar issues but are not Koss would be helpful.
I'll consider repair services if the price is right.
