I have just received my kit and am starting assembly. I am inserting the input/output RCA connectors. Should I dremel around the hole for better contact ofr the earth connection ??

I see no need to dremel. Hole should have been sized correctly. You will want to insert the plastic spacers on each side of the chassis. You need to look up 6L6's excellent build guide on this forum. It tells you exactly what to do and is backed with great photos. Have fun. Great pre-am.
