The only thing missing is the negative feedback network.

hi,

there is a 27k ohm resistor from bases of right hand side of the input ltp....therefore for minimum offset, feedback resistor from the output of the amp the the left side of the input ltp should be 27k also.....Pa AMPS have higher voltage gains than hi-fi amps, about 40x compared to about 20x for hifi....therefore a 680ohm resistor in series with a 270ufd non-polar cap should do nicely....hope this helps...
