Klipsch RW10D keeps blowing fuses

Would have to see the circuit really, but favourite (if it uses one) would be a monolithic output chip such as an LM3886 that has failed.

As always a few detailed and careful measurents will reveal the trouble... all the evidence will be there 🙂
 
You would have to open it up and see what type of output stage it uses. Probably a "chip", and something like the LM3886 as mentioned. There won't be any "assembly" you can just swap. Its a case of unsoldering and removing the faulty part/s and replacing with new.

If you have a multimeter and can identify the basic parts in the unit then we might have a chance 🙂

You have to be confident using a meter and in your soldering abilities.
