Klipsch KSW-50 Broken Pot for Freq selection

So... I recently bought a Klipsch 2.1 system (two KG 3.1 speakers and a KSW-50 Subwoofer) from a private seller. The Subwoofer was a bit rough as it needs some cabinet work to re-glue some MSD back in place.

The trouble is a broken Freq Pot shaft. The seller says the sub works fine, but his kid dropped something on the cabinet and the "object" sheared off the B200K Pot shaft. (see Pictures)

I visited the ALPHA website and the charts show the two most likely configurations I am fairly sure it will be a type "B-Curve" but I am not sure which one. I found this item on eBay that is rather a 1/2 Watt. I am unsure of the "Taper" value. Will this part work? Can anyone offer any technical guidance?

I also have had a trouble ticket into Klipsch and after two weeks I am convinced they haven't got a clue

I believe if it's for frequency adjust it should be linear. The scale on the sub is also linear. According to the pictures I would choose Taper B, as for the pot in question they say it's Linear taper B, but make sure You measure the shaft dimensions.

i'm cheap and sometimes lazy i would simply use a Dremel with a cutoff wheel and cut a slot into what remains of the shaft and use a jewellers screwdriver to adjust it, once set it's not the sort of control that needs adjusting often.

Well, I could do that... but suffering from OCD as I do.
I would rather fix the puppy up as best I can by replacing the pot, adding new knobs, restoring the case damage, and just enjoying it with the Klipsch KG 3.1 speakers the sub came with.

First post here and huge favor to ask...

I also have the KSW-50. Mine won't stay on. R127 and R127A are crispy. So cooked I can't read the values. Assuming the resistors are +/-5% like nearly all the others on the board. What should be a gold band is now black. The other three colors may be in the red to orange range. I'm hoping Sandman01 can take a peek inside and give me the values for those two resistors. They appear to be in parallel at the edge of the board. Thank you!
