Yes it is possible, most of the sound is coming from the mid horn and those woofers have great punch as well. You will love them and don’t need tons of power. I only use 3.5 watts on my H1’s and they sound great for my needs, but if I want earth shaking sound, I plug in a 150 watt amp. Even with a high watt amp, most of the time it never gets close to going over 50 watts
Never experienced a 12 inch woofer with that sensitivity IRL.
This one is 95 dB at best by measurement:

No not really99db is an exaggeration, the Forte (both versions) are really a solid (wide band) 96 db efficient loudspeaker. That is very respectable.
As a guitar speaker (60 hz and up) maybe yes; not as a hifi woofer for 20-30 Hz, no way....

Troels Gravesen has some high sensitivity designs based on 12, 15 and 18 inch PA woofers (Faitalpro, 18Sound).
In well tuned enclosures you can check how sensitive these speakers are.

Unfortunately the 18 sound 8nmb420 has only a nominally high sensitivity of 95dB. It has an increasing sensitivity from 90dB to the nominal 95dB at 2500Hz.
