Hi, I have bench tested the amp I get a red light for protection I have check mosfets all look good no shorts no visually damaged components I believe it could be todo with the diodes in the protection circuit.
Any help will be appreciated

Thanks Perry, I have removed Q314 and Q315 it powers up gives me green lights draws 1.38 amp on idle and a peak of 1.9 amp on boot green light and relay click
I've had several where the only problem was those transistors failed with no other problems. If the amp is otherwise working normally, replace them when new parts.
Hi, I have finally got around to rebuild the amp so can do a load test, I am just getting a hum on the sub output amp one and two seem fine what should I check I can't hear any output on the sub channel just the hum. Thanks Keith
Yeah connected the input to the sub channel xover off on both channels no other switches. I think there is ground issue as only getting continuity on rca should and amp 1 channel both sub and amp 2 have only got continuity with amp channel one rca
I think I fixed it didn't connect all the rca in doh, will get it tested in the car hopefully will work. Thanks for your help Perry
Start a new post with good quality pictures of board. Take one picture of the whole board w/o the input board. Take two pictures splitting the board in half, power supply and output stages. One more of the input board. A smart phone, good lighting and backdrop will yield good results. Give as much detail as possible.
