I missed the negative value for the positive 15 volt supply both on Pin 5 of the header socket and Pin 8 of IC1. In the future use parenthesis to surround negative values, for example (-15).
Remove the input board and check DC voltages on Q23-D669. This is the +15 regulator for the opamps operating voltage. Continue to use the speaker ground terminal. If this voltage is not approximately +15v, Q23,ZD6 are suspect, also check R78,79,C22,C23.
If the voltage is +15v the problem is on the input board. I will advice further once I see your results

Something on the main board isnt correct..
I checked ZD6 and Q23 and R78 R79 all test fine and i get 15 volts out of the transistor with the input board removed..
With the input board removed and the amp powered up i get + 15 volts at ZD6 but at pin 5 of the header i get (-) 10.34 volts
