So, everything in place including outputs and w/o Q15, you have a rapid protection LED flashing?

Is this also true with Q15 installed?

Are you applying signal? Remove the input board and see what happens.

Post a closeup picture of the softstart circuit and U2, and another of the board w/o the input board.

Thanks so everything is going but Q3 keeps burning up in the soft start. Any ideas?

I got that i beleive what values are d3-6?

D3 & D6 are 1N4148's.

Is Q3 still burning up?

Verify that the following are true.
Q1,Q3,Q6,Q15 are all 2N4401
Q5,Q16,Q17-2N4403
Q4-MPSA14

Check C1-22uf/25v and C2-10nf

Send a close up of the soft start as is. I might be able to spot something.

Based on the list i found a few transistors of the wrong value installed. Could you tell me what Q14 and Q28 should be.

Both Q14 and Q28 are 2N4401
