Sorry I haven't much time to focus on this. I not sure you damaged anything when reflowing to the SGND bar. I believe the issue you have is the same as when you started.
However, check C112 and the output filter components around the area you did the work. Check to see if C112 has been punctured.
Check the inductors including the small inductor near the relay. Check for cracked cores and hot spots.

Check to see if the inductors core are cracked or have hotspots or on the windings or core. Delaminated windings. Any kind of obvious stress.
The amp powers up fine but as soon as signal is applied it clicks off
