That was my mistake. The Amp is drawing current. I had the limiter still turned down, so it didn't allow it to pull current and pulled down the voltage.

Are you still having a issue with the amp? Going back and forth I've lost track. Will you post a summary of whats working and and not working if anything.

Yes main issue is current. I have pulled everything.

caps and torrid. something in the power supply is drawing current. i believe one of the transformers is shorted? i checked all caps. All check ok.
Can i purchase a new transformer via kicker for this amplifier?
