Try swapping the good EQ module with the the one in the problem amp. The header socket may need to have solder reflowed.
The gain pot may cause the amp to protect and could use cleaning or replacing.
Also, check for DC voltage on speaker terminals. Black probe on power ground terminal. If there is DC on the right channel U201-TLO72 is suspect.

Well Perry you the man, got me retracing my steps and sure enough. Two of the resistors were open on the outputs. Replaced and all is well. Just got wrapped around other things.
