Dirty pot or switch?
The circuit should be fairly simple unless it's using some ASIC. Have you traced the circuit back from the sub RCA jacks?

Cleaned pots and switch. I lose it right before the boost level pot. I'm gonna start checking caps in that area. Can't get to the bottom of the board very easy.
