The zeners are most likely good. C63-100nf cap is bad and needs replacing. I would replace C61 and C62, all three 100nf sm caps.

You should have a sawtooth once you replace cap/s.

So my 50hrtz is lost at ic5 I need to look at the 4580 datasheet. But I believe it's going in the ic and not out. So I do not have 50htrz at the resistors r150-r250.

How likely is it that it would be a lm4580. Or should I be looking for a capacitor or resistor in the preamp section. Audio is still very low.

When the speaker is connected to amp and I scope pin 3 of the 393 it creates a audiable sound through the speakers, static like tone.

All thanks to PaPaZbill, for this repair. I found that the ic5/ic6 on diode setting didn't pass the same voltage as the others so I switched them out and the amp is up and running. This amp baffled me, thanks for you knowledge it completely helped.
