Did you try dropping the 1200.1 inductor into 1800.1 L4 location?

Not as of yet bill. I fiqured e could wait until we confirmed the value of the inductor.

Okay, Here are the inductances of the two windings for L4

they both match so that is not the issue.

It's worth swapping to rule out the coil in any event. There may be a partially shorted winding or cracked that will not effect the measured inductances but could cause Q12 to fail.

OK I'll swap, I left them both out. So I'll check it out
