ZD3 and ZD5 are both 12 volt zeners. ZD4-24 volt zener. If ZD3 shows o volts, ZD3,C65-100uF/16v or IC10-TL072 may be shorted. Check C61,62,63-100nF
So you changed IC6?
So you changed IC6?
Yes I changed it. It was probably the only issue originally. All these are probably created by me changing things.
I have 36vdc on both sides of the zd3 from main ground

I changed the cap c61
I get 12-25-12 across the diodes now. Still protection persists.
C60 is also 100nf? I accidentally removed it.

I replaced it with that. Ok so still the protection persists? Still want me to remove ic10 and check voltages?
As long as you have the proper ladder voltages,12V-24v-12v no need to lift IC10.
So what do you have? Rails,Drive, audio?
Try lifting D33 and then D34.
If nothing, then try lifting the D16,D24 then D17,D25 again.

Regulated and rail and now ok.
I did not have the opamps 4580 I only had a 4560 or a 4565?
I used the 4560 for now.
Sawtooth is present no drive.

I tried changing the 393 and it didn't change anything. Not sure how to get the drive back. The voltage ladder is ok?

Where both IC14 and IC15 replaced?
The 10.64 Vdc on Pin 3 IC14 looks suspect. Trace it back to IC11 and IC10 and check around both IC's.
Be sure to go over any IC's etc that you replaced and look for pins that may not have been soldered properly.
