I have this brand new, looks and smells new. But also has the fastvswitching or spratic output sound. 40hrz Input and a machine gun blurb+ output. It's the same issue as the other 1800.1d

Not sure what happened. Amplifier has no power. I noticed that Q3 is getting very hot. Attempted to replace q22 and d2. Same outcome. No power. No LED
Q3-BCP53 is the B+ switch something is causing excessive load on the transistor. R5-10 ohm can be removed to isolate the problem. R5 feeds IC16-UC3843. C50-100n is a common failure.
You should have 13.8 Volts(14.4v input) om the collector of Q3. If after lifting R5 the problem persists there are other circuits that use the 13.8V B+

When you get back to this amp, one of the three circuits above is dragging down the 13.8volts at Q3 collector.

I'v e finally restored the power, and the and the audio is back just it is sounds terrible like. Before and most of the other amplifiers, here is what is on the speaker terminal with 40hrz 1v input.
You said this is the same as another amp you have, have you tested any other amplifiers since?
I ask to make sure it is not your equipment causing the noise as that is the common denominator if so, of course both being Kicker too I suppose.

Check the 40hz signal at C219 and C119-4.7uF. This is the takeoff point for the preamp. if this looks good.
Then check Pins 3 & 5 of IC11 for the PWM, and check for drive on the output inductors.
