im working on this amp it had shorted outputs and some damage to the preamp section.. had a opamp the blew up and replaced voltage regulators.
the issue im having now is not getting any audio. i have both pos and neg rail voltage. i have positive 12v and negative 12v for the voltage regulators.
when i probe the speaker terminal with black probe on ground terminal i show the negative rail voltage on both positive and negative speaker terminals.
any ideas?

You should have +12 volts on Pin 1 of the LM361. Pin 6 is correct. If you have +12 volts out of the positive voltage regulator, there may be something blocking the +12 volts to the LM361 or to that side of the board which U102,U105 & Q105 also use the +12 volt supply.
