Maybe I'm a lil slow but I have been trying to build or change a part in kicad. I need mje350 and mje340. I found other packages and was able to change the voltage title and Max amps but I don't know how to get all the HFE and other values in to run sims on it. Can someone help or does anyone have these done already? google wasn't a friend this time
Look up the parts at RS Components | Electronic and Electrical Components and download the datasheets.
thanks bud - i have them, i just don't know where and how to change the data. even though i make the changes, it just stays as an alias.
