hello evryone im new to the site.... i have a couple of questions i purchased a couple of amps from ebay(kenwood ps400m) the seller said they where working but when i powerd them up one dindt turn on the secon one turned on but no sound took them to get repaird but the tech had no luck any one ever worked on these amps before that they could lead me in the right direction thanks

i contacted the seller he never replied and when he replied he said they where working but stated they night have gotten a little wet in his garage( yea thanks for telling me that once i had purchased them) im a automotive mechanic the only thing i have that comes to mind is a digital meater... thanks for the help
If you want to try to repair them, start with the one that's dead. Power it up (check the fuses to make sure they're not blown) and post the voltages on the UPC494 IC. This is the pin numbering scheme:

Place the black meter probe on the amplifier's ground terminal. Place the red meter probe on the point where you need to measure the voltage.
