Hi, My Kenwood Receiver V-6010 does not come but stays in stand by..
I was told that the ICs STK 410-030D, STK 411-230D and the CPX 82832-155Q are faulty..
Can the CPX 82832-155Q too cause this problem (is this on for switching in/out)
Please advice...
Thank you.

It is highly unlikely that unless something catastrophic has occurred like a lightening strike all will be faulty!
Try resetting the microprocessor before anything else. Press and hold the power button is as you connect it to the mains.
If that doesn't clear the error, check the power supply rails are all present.

Sounds fishy indeed.
If it does not even come out of standby, I would rather suspect a problem in the standby power supply, a blown mains fuse or main transformer thermal fuse or even the relay.
What's the history of the unit?
